Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Lintas Global FZE, United Arab Emirates, which runs TreeBee. By creating an account you agree to them. TreeBee is in an early test with a small number of families, so things may change or break; we will do our best to keep your family's information safe.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and use your own phone number.
• Keep your phone secure. Anyone with your phone and its sign-in code can use your account.

What you add

• You keep ownership of the details and photos you add. You let us store and show them to your family on TreeBee, and use them in features like the family tree poster.
• Only add true information, and only photos you have the right to share. Do not add anything hurtful, private that the person would not want shared, or unlawful.
• Be kind with invites. Only invite relatives, and only share invite links with the person they are for.

What we may do

• Remove content or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
• Change or stop features, especially during the test period. We will tell you before major changes.

Cost

TreeBee is free during the test. If we ever charge for something, we will tell you first and you can choose.

Limits

TreeBee is provided as it is. Relationship names, reminders and posters are worked out from what families enter, and may sometimes be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using TreeBee, but nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Leaving

You can stop using TreeBee at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing we@lintas.global.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If there is a problem, please email us first and we will try to sort it out.
